Over the 10 years of development, Signal Genetics' scientists were able to analyze the expression levels of thousands of human genes that were thought to be linked to myeloma. Clustering analysis of these various genes gave rise to the 70 most relevant myeloma linked genes used to make up the patient’s gene expression profile.
